Corte Scaligera is not only an “agriturismo” (farmhouse restaurant), where you can purchase or taste excellent meat but also the last stage of an enterprising journey undertaken by a family of breeders by tradition, who successfully transformed their business into a virtuous circle that begins with working the land and ends on consumers’ tables as refined, high-quality genuine meat.

Criocabin is proud to have taken part in this project as a partner for refrigeration, supplying two of its top products: the Etoile display counter, with the G concept system specifically for meat, two built-in checkouts, quartz agglomerate worktop, steel display shelf, night shields and Crioled lighting; and the versatile Genesis coldroom, entirely customised specifically for displaying meat, with a black interior and exterior, glass doors with a polished aluminium frame and Crioled lighting.
