ETC Everything Always is inaugurated in New York, opposite the entrance to the Empire State Building.

This new concept store offers its customers a wide selection of fresh ready-to-go food in various themed corners.

As a partner of this prestigious project, at the customer’s specific request, Criocabin created two impressive salad bar islands for displaying self-serve fresh food, which stand out for their display capacity and stunning design. The display area is equipped with wall display cabinets from the Encore and Ethos collections for pre-packed hot and cold food, especially the H Combi version of the Ethos display cabinet. In the assisted-service area, an Elisir glass display cabinet is used for ready-to-go sandwiches/rolls and cold cuts.
