FASOLI CARNI an excellence in the province of Verona: since 1965 a farm with breeding, slaughterhouse and meat processing now also butchery and gastronomy.

Fasoli carne is 360 ° Made by Criocabin; from furniture to innovative technology with 7 meters of ventilated Etoile refrigerated counter and G Concept glycol specific for the preservation of meat.

To increase the ready-to-cook display space, Fasoli has chosen to give an innovative final touch by introducing the Encore vertical refrigerated mural.

 

In the back counter we have installed two Genesis cells with glass windows and wooden backs made to measure for the storage and display of cheeses, salami, and a second with internal hook for displaying meat.

For the delicate maturation process of the Dry Age meat, Fasoli Carni chose the elegant Criocabin EDB maturing display.
