In the heart of London it is a real eye-catcher where you cannot fail to admire splendid shop windows and unique products. Fortnum & Mason has just unveiled its new and enriched confectionery department and it is probably the closest thing to heaven on earth. We had the pleasure of being chosen by F&M in collaboration with our dealer Creative Retail Solution and CADA Design (creator of the project), in a project created completely custom made with colored displays and sensory functions to guarantee freshness and quality to the most refined palates and demanding. Totally and uniquely custom made counters by Criocabin: Epsilon and Elisir in a fusion uniquely designed for Fortnum & Mason. All the display cases have been designed and manufactured specifically for chocolate with humidity control and with a dual function for pastry and chocolate. Worktop in Violet Breccia marble with Open Stain processing. Brushed brass effect painted shelves, brass finish liquid painted ventilation grilles. Aluminum glazing bead profile machined from full calendered treated with nickel-plated galvanic finish. Case protection system in handcrafted glass Even the internal lights are personalized, custom made front in bleached oak, profiles in calendered brass, rods in oak and for two panels in brushed brass. Neutral cabinet to house chocolate tempering fountains and between the two fountains a refrigerated marble top for chocolate spatula processing.
