The Casa Molon butcher shop, run by Alessandro and Valentina, is a business that has been passed down from father to son for more than fifty years and which today is being revamped to give more space and prominence to its catering services, gastronomy and the sale of its own-brand products. The redesign is dominated by the warmth of natural wood, enhanced by a dark monochromatic setting and the brightness of the original refurbished cementina tiles. The backlit sloping shelves are embellished by the contrasting tones of old durmast oak. The range of Criocabin products is present almost in its entirety, featuring the Etoile ventilated meat counter, the EPV wall units, the Encore built-in refrigerator and the Genesis Wine cold room – the perfect mix to enhance a complete and diversified display of products, embodiment of a business which is constantly evolving.
