Zach’s Jauseneck – Austria

This popular shop in the heart of Krottendorf re-opens with a new look. Zach’s Jauseneck has updated a classic butcher shop by turning it into a new concept that also includes a snack bar and delicatessen. A variety of meats and cold cuts are complemented by regional delicacies, drinks and a bar and restaurant service that also includes breakfast.

What makes MAX the ideal product for this new and versatile type of business are the features that make this range of cutting-edge refrigerated display counters stand out, as they can be used to create any type of layout.

Two essential and distinctive features are the Display Booster, i.e. the raised display surface adjustable to two heights, which brings products closer to the customer and improves operator ergonomics, and the modular nature of the display counter. MAX is available in many versions with countless customised options in terms of shapes, finishes and materials, and in a choice of two display case opening systems. The operator’s work area can be customised with considerable flexibility, and many accessories are available to make the professional’s work easy and ergonomic.

In the specific context of this shop, MAX MB was installed as a refrigerated display counter for the butchery section and the delicatessen, and in a 450 version, i.e. a hot counter with H-COMBI technology, with an upper heating lamp and a display area with gastronomy trays.

The MB-type glass opening system includes the combined opening of the glass top and glass front panels, ensuring that the display area is totally accessible.

The Ethos 700 Show completes the shop layout. Its sophisticated design and meticulous finishes ensure it complements the MAX display counter, offering a high standard self-service area and optimising the available space.
