Counter assistance and spare parts

To fulfill your request, we need some information which you can find on the counter label.

  • Model name.
  • Serial number
  • Code.
  • Date of production.
  • Description of part.

On the side is an example, highlighted to show where the information is.

For the choice of spare parts, the diagram found in the counter documentation can be used.

The spare part order, made using the appropriate form, must be sent to criocare@criocabin.com. For further information or clarifications call 049/9909100.

The availability of the spare parts indicated in the list in Annex II part 2) (a) of EU regulation 2019/2024 is guaranteed for an eight-year period from the placing on the market of the last unit.

WARRANTY

Parts recognized as defective are covered by a warranty for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover: parts with normal wear and tear of the equipment, wear or abnormal deterioration resulting from incorrect use or inadequate maintenance of the appliance, or damage resulting from incorrect handling not attributable to the manufacturer.

EPREL DATA BASE

Data relating to the energy label can be consulted on the EPREL website using the QR code on the energy label delivered with the counter. The EPREL home page is located at http://eprel.ec.europa.eu.

SPARE PARTS REQUEST FORM

Dear customer, to ensure the correct functioning of our counters, we recommend that you replace worn or damaged parts with original Criocabin spare parts. To ensure correct delivery of your spare part, we ask you to return this application form duly completed.
