Analysis and management of reports
In compliance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and the related transposition laws as well as the organisation, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 Criocabin S.p.A. ensures the reception, management, analysis and processing of Reports, including anonymous ones, received by Criocabin S.p.A. and its subsidiaries.
Who can send reports?
Reports can be sent by individuals internal or external to the organization, operating in Italy and abroad, such as employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, interns, consultants, suppliers, shareholders or people with administration or control functions of the companies of the Criocabin Group, as Directors or members of the Boards of Statutory Auditors.
Maximum confidentiality is guaranteed on the subjects and facts reported, as well as on the identity of the whistleblowers, so that whoever makes the report is not subject to any form of retaliation.
What can be reported?
The reports, which must be as detailed as possible, concern illicit behaviour, acts or omissions which damage the public interest or the integrity of the company of which the reporting person became aware in the work context, such as for example the commission of an act corruption or violation of workplace or environmental health and safety regulations.
They are not whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be taken into consideration:
- Disputes, claims or personal requests relating to your employment relationship (to be sent to the relevant staff functions);
- Complaints relating to alleged quality defects of products or inefficiencies in the services provided by companies of the Criocabin Group.
Who is the reporting manager?
The report is managed by the Management Committee, made up of the Personnel Office Manager and the Management Control Manager of Criocabin S.p.A.
As regards the reports relevant for the purposes of the Legislative Decree. 231/2001, the Manager communicates the reports to the Supervisory Body of the competent company.
Acknowledgment of receipt of the report is guaranteed within 7 days of the date of receipt as well as a response to the report within 3 months of receipt.

It is also possible to request, via the above channels, an in-person appointment with the Personnel Office Manager and the Management Control Manager.
Without prejudice to the preferential use of the reporting channels made available by Criocabin S.p.A., in the cases strictly indicated pursuant to art. 6 of Legislative Decree 24 of 10 March 2023, it is also possible to report to the competent authority in the matter (ANAC).
The information and personal data that are communicated in the context of reports are processed to manage and follow up on the reports themselves, as well as investigate any reported conduct and take the necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection legislation personal.
