Criocabin is by your side at all times. Criocabin not only gives you excellent products, but also the security of being accompanied from A to Z by competent, trained professionals.

Sale test

To constantly improve products, the right design, technology and data analysis support is needed: all this happens in the test rooms.

In the test rooms we check the temperature and humidity values according to the specifications of the climatic classes reported in ISO 23953-2; thanks to advanced acquisition systems we measure the variation in temperature and humidity inside the counters. By doing this we can analyze performance and rectify the product under development to guarantee the required performance. In the Test Room we also verify product certification to ensure it is in line with benchmark standards.

FAQ

Can the lighting intensity in the display area of the refrigerated counter be adjusted?

Yes. The power supply unit, on the electric control panel, is equipped with a white screw for adjustment. Turn it clockwise to increase the light intensity; turn it anticlockwise to reduce it.

Press and hold the light bulb icon on the display for at least 5 seconds. The function is available for models equipped with the ‘WOW’ electronic panel.

The electronic equipment varies according to the refrigerated counter model. We recommend communicating the serial number of the refrigerated counter to our customer-support service. https://criocabin.com/assistance-refrigerated counters-and-spare parts/ to receive precise information.

  1. Check that the anti-fogging ventilation at the front of the refrigerated counter is working. You can verify this by checking with your hand if air is escaping from the holes at the base of the glass front panel.
  2. Check that the air outlet under the work counter is not blocked by products or other objects.
  3. Check that the ambient temperature does not exceed 25°C and that the relative humidity remains below 60%. Criocabin refrigeration counters are tested to operate with these values.

The refrigerated counter must not be placed near sources of heat (ovens, direct exposure to sunlight, air conditioners or other heat-emitting devices), or in areas with poor ventilation.

We recommend requesting authorised technical assistance. Unqualified intervention is not recommended, as it might damage the system and potentially compromise the validity of the warranty.

Yes, it is normal. Ventilation is required to prevent the formation of ice and maintain an even internal temperature.

All Criocabin assisted-service models (with an operator) are built with cataphoresis-treated evaporators, which increases their service life. Self-service refrigerated counters are not provided with this type of treatment.

Yes. Plexiglass covers can also be added at a later time. Simply provide the customer-support service with the serial number of the refrigerated counter to verify compatibility. https://criocabin.com/assistance-refrigerated counters-and-spare parts/

We recommend cleaning the condenser. The presence of dust or dirt reduces the efficiency of the refrigerated counter and increases its energy consumption. We recommend contacting our customer-support service to carry out the procedure safely.

Fragmented glass must be disposed of in the glass recycling bin provided. Entire glass panels, on the other hand, must be disposed of as non-recyclable waste, unless otherwise specified in municipal regulations.
