Zum Sterz

Zum Sterz is a farm-restaurant run entirely by the Hammerl family in Hartberg. Since 1972, they have been involved in vine-growing on the slopes of St. Magdalena am Lemberg, where the typical Welschriesling grape varieties of south-eastern Styria are cultivated. The Hammerl family selects and offers locally grown produce from their own farm, focusing on traditional regional cuisine given a contemporary twist, with quality ingredients guaranteed.

To create this Farm-Restaurant-Retail concept, Criocabin supplied totally custom-made products such as a ventilatedEtoile display counter with stepped shelves, LED profile uprights and black painted hinges in a special version. An Ethos refrigerated multideck display case and an Elisir 200 display counter, with lighting for displaying delicious homemade desserts.
