The Concept S version of the Etoile display counter, with a refrigeration system specifically designed for meat, is equipped with KVP valves for more precise control of the temperature of the display surface, which is tilted in this configuration and made of AISI 304 stainless steel like the entire unit interior. It is fitted with Crioled lighting and an anti-fogging ventilation system at the front. The final aesthetic touch comes from a refined illuminated front panel and special side panels made of solid oak with a diamond-shaped inlay pattern.
