Commercial Refrigeration and Transition 5.0: Criocabin at the AlimentiPiù conference

From 24 to 26 September 2024, the third edition of AlimentiPiù was held, a digital conference focusing on science and food technology. The online event covered the latest trends in economics, markets, technological innovation and sustainability in the food sector.

On this occasion, Mario Penada, Technical Manager of Criocabin and vice-president of Assocold outlined the association’s commitment which, with the support of the ICIM Group, is preparing a guide to help its members become familiar with the conditions that must be met and how to benefit from the incentives provided by Transition 5.0.

The guide will take the form of a handbook on commercial and industrial refrigeration products, which member companies will have at their disposal to support their customers and help them clarify.

The Transition 5.0 plan, intended to promote technological innovation, is a valuable tool for implementing cutting-edge technological solutions that allow a reduction in energy consumption.
