At this deli, the shopping experience is created with a complete set of Criocabin refrigerated units, which include assisted-service refrigerated display counters, refrigerated wall cabinets and our Elle System cold room.
In the bar&aperitif area, the perfect choice is Esprit: with its clean, elegant design and straight glass with pivot opening at the front, it is the ideal solution for food bars and breakfast rooms like this one.
The deli section offers a wide and varied selection that leaves nothing to be desired. There is plenty of fresh seafood and fish, top-quality meat, an excellent selection of cold cuts, cheeses and dairy products, all displayed and served at our MAX refrigerated counter, which is also available in a special version, MAX MB500, for fish.
The Eride refrigerated rear counter is also dedicated to cold cuts: positioned behind the MAX assisted-service display counter, it doubles the display area with striking appeal, attracting the attention of customers while they are waiting to be served.
The attention to detail provided by Criocabin was also required for self-service products: with Ethos-F, our refrigerated multideck display case specifically designed for fruit and vegetables, Ethos Show, dedicated here to the display of cheeses, and lastly Erin Total White in an XL version, which is even wider and more spacious yet always featuring an impeccable style.
