Inside a repurposed industrial building, the pastry shop Pasticceria Olivieri refreshed its historical image and expanded its scope by opening a bakery (Panificio Bianco Olivieri), a Pizzeria Bistrot and a wine bar (Enoteca Elementary). Criocabin has been developing a new, exclusive design that brings together different display concepts that share the same unique style. The result is a post-industrial environment where the expertise and creativity of the Olivieri family meet Criocabin’s minimalist yet sophisticated design.
