Scudellaro‘s story is one of experienced poultry breeders and of a lifetime of hard work and choices dedicated to the health and wellbeing of animals.

The new sales outlet, located in Noventa Padovana, has been carefully designed in every detail to reflect the company’s philosophy. Our refrigerated counters have been chosen to display Scudellaro’s flagship product: white meat.

The layout of this outlet features Etoile: our top of the range bespoke counter, customised with a fluted white front panel and a self-service area. The assisted service area is divided from the self-service area by Il Magnifico Tower, the cabinet designed to showcase products with its combination of Thermopane screen-printed glass and CRIOLED^® lighting.

A freezer area has also been created with our Ethos BT multideck display cabinet, dedicated to fresh products, blast chilled and prepackaged, ready to put in the freezer.

Ethos again, but in the refrigerated Show version, is intended for cheeses and vegetables, to round off the point-of-sale offer.

Finally, we provided the Genesis System modular coldroom, creating a completely customised environment for every type of refrigeration.
