AVLU Restaurant - United Arab Emirates
In the heart of the vibrant Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi, AVLU Restaurant offers an authentic immersion into the flavours of the Aegean. Its name, which means ‘courtyard’ in Turkish, reflects the cosy atmosphere of the restaurant, where tradition merges with modern design. Led by the chef Olcay Hanci, the cuisine combines Greek and Turkish influences with selected fresh ingredients.

Protecting the environment and consumers is one of Criocabin’s major responsibilities, and one it is committed to respecting each day. For our production and professional ethics, it’s essential to act with a view to innovation and sustainability, in full compliance with environmental standards. We have rethought all organizational processes to improve our production and behavioral standards in line with REACH, RoHS and MOCA regulations on environmental and consumer protection.
Il nostro impegno per aiutare l’ambiente è iniziato nel 2009, con l’installazione di un impianto fotovoltaico. Since then, we’ve stepped up our efforts through the implementation of numerous actions and initiatives, such as temperature control of our offices to reduce consumption, use of environmentally-friendly detergents to clean our facilities and offices, as well as using packaging that is increasingly eco-friendly.
All our products use natural refrigerant gas R290, which has a low environmental impact and excellent energy efficiency. We have been using it for 4 years, even before the relevant EU legislation came into force. We were among the first to invest in this new technology because we care about our environment.
