This passion and knowledge can already be perceived outside the butcher shop, and the dry-aging process can be admired thanks to the Genesiscoldroom positioned in the shop window.
Once inside, you are impressed by the visible Elle coldroom, incorporated into the back wall of the shop, thereby creating a real frame through which you can admire the quality of raw materials.
With its clear-cut minimalist lines, the Enixe 250 M1(climate class M1) display counter, specifically designed for butcher shops, creates the perfect contrast with the plump meat on display and fully enhances it.
By contrast, the EPVwall cabinet behind the counter is an excellent display case for cured meats or DOC products having undergone different and precious aging methods, personally served by the “Carnadiere”.
