The year 2022 has been an important one in terms of Customer Care. We have extended our service by creating Criocare, a business unit that offers much more than an after-sales service. We have developed an on-demand training project whereby we provide our stakeholders with theory and practical demonstrations of how to properly install our products in order to help them optimise their time and work. A real Academy with training on our premises to share the know-how that only a manufacturer can provide.

We and the participants were fully committed and achieved optimum results, as well as the satisfaction of providing a useful service that improves performance and energy efficiency and, above all, simplifies the work of our distributors and their technical staff.
